Credit Card Payments
To make a payment for your Wild Encounter program, please follow the appropriate link below. Payments will be processed securely, and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt immediately. You will need to select your specific program from the list that appears on the first page. Your program will be titled based on the name of your group (or the person who made the reservation) and the date of your program.

To Pay for Gift Certificates
Please note: the bar code you will receive via email after making your purchase is NOT part of your gift certificate. After your payment is received, we will send you an email with PDF attachments OR send your gift certificate materials via paper mail, based on the option you chose when requesting the gift certificate. You should not provide copies of the automated payment receipt or bar code to your gift recipient.

To Pay for Scheduled Programs
To pay via check:
Personal check payments must be received 90 days prior to the program date. Checks from schools or other organizations can be received and processed closer to the program date. The amount due for your program is included in your email OR on the registration form you received in the mail. Make the check out to the NEW Zoo, write your program date on the check’s memo line.
