The Neil Anderson Canopy Tour is an amazing, year-round experience that provides a whole “new view” of the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park. The tour takes guests on a treetop walk from the Adventure Park to the NEW Zoo, with over a dozen suspended bridges and platforms that are 15 feet in the air – some of which go right beside and even directly above animal habitats! Most guests spend about a half hour enjoying the experience. The Canopy Tour is open 365 days a year, except in the case of severe weather.

The Neil Anderson Canopy Tour was made possible by the fundraising efforts of our supporting organization, the NEW Zoological Society. The experience includes several platforms that feature educational graphics. The graphics share stories about the history of the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park, as well as encourage guests to immerse themselves into the sights and sounds of the natural spaces around them.
