Best of all, our packages are designed to be all-inclusive. All you need to do is invite your guests, then show up – ready for fun!

Packages Include…
- Two hours of activities, with a Party Host to guide you through both time in a private Party Room and time spent out around the Zoo.
- A fully decorated Party Room – decked out in “animal print” theme, complete with tablecloths and decorations. If you wish to provide specific table centerpieces or other decorations for the walls and ceiling, you can drop your items off to the Zoo 2 to 7 days prior to your party, and Zoo staff will decorate with them for you, so that the room is fully set and ready on your arrival.
- Admission to the Zoo for all your guests. Wristbands for entry to the zoo are provided on arrival.
- Personalized cupcakes. You choose your cupcake flavor(s) and frosting/sprinkles colors when completing the party request form.
- White dessert plates, napkins, and forks. If you wish to have colored or themed plates/napkins, you are welcome to bring your own on the day of your party. Your Party Host will help you set them out and prepare the dessert table on your arrival.
- Assorted juice boxes and bottled water for all guests.
- An up-close Animal Encounter with two of our Ambassador Animals! You rank your top animal choices when completing the party request form.
- Feeding animals in the Zoo! Your Party Host will select either the Children’s Zoo Animals or the Giraffes for your group feeding, based on the best availability on the day of your party.
- Party Favors! Every child will receive a drawstring backpack filled with fun party favors, such as an animal mask, stickers, temporary tattoos, and more.
- The Birthday Guest of Honor will receive a special gift from the Zoo.
OPTIONAL: Upgrade to receive a personalized 5-inch cake if you wish for your birthday child to have their very own cake. It’s the perfect size for “smash cakes!”

- Monkey Troop Party Package – for up to 15 guests (includes all adults and children ages 2 and up)
- $265 per party ($50 deposit required at time of booking)
- Penguin Flock Party Package – for 16 to 20 guests (includes all adults and children ages 2 and up)
- $325 per party ($50 deposit required at time of booking)
- Lion Pride Party Package – for 21 to 30 guests (includes all adults and children ages 2 and up)
- $400 per party ($50 deposit required at time of booking)
- Giraffe Herd Party Package – for 31 to 40 guests (includes all adults and children ages 2 and up)
- $500 per party ($50 deposit required at time of booking)
- More than one Guest of Honor?
- No problem! We are happy to celebrate more than one birthday child, or other guest of honor during the same party.
- A $10 Upgrade fee is required per each additional Guest of Honor
- Each Guest of Honor receives the same treatment, including the special gift
Regarding Carry-Ins
The Zoo does not provide “meal” food for party packages; just drinks and cupcakes are provided. However, our party times are set to mostly avoid mealtimes, and we find that most guests do not expect to be offered full meals. If you wish, you may bring your own food items to serve your guests, as long as you follow the Carry-In rules below.
Carry-In Policies
Home-made foods are not permitted at parties, per the Brown County Health Department.
Items from grocery stores are permitted in sealed/unopened packages.
Items from restaurants or caterers are permitted; we ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to bring these types of foods.
We recommend “cold foods” like sandwich trays, fruit and veggie platters, applesauce cups, etc. We reserve time for food, cupcakes, and gift opening at the end of every party, so it’s much easier when you don’t have to worry about trying to keep something warm!
Balloons are not permitted inside of the Zoo – please let your guests know this on your invitations.
Reservations & Payments
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- The final balance is due on the Friday of the week before your party date (usually 8-10 days prior to your party date).
- Request a party by completing our Party Package Request Form. Someone from the Zoo will be in touch with you to provide deposit instructions, usually within 3 days of your form submission.

Zoo Room Rentals for Small Groups
Room rentals of the Safari Clubhouse or the Education Classroom are available at certain times of the year. Zoo Admission for all guests is not included with the cost of the rental and is required for all members of your group. Zoo Members can use their memberships for entry into the Zoo. Maximum capacity for the Safari Clubhouse is currently 20 guests and 50 guests for the Education Classroom. The renter is responsible for cleaning at the end of the rental, and returning the room to it’s “pre-rental” condition. Supplies will be provided by the Zoo for renters to sweep and wipe down surfaces, and change the trash bag/etc.
Small Group Rental Details
Room rentals are available year-round on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Room rentals are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays from April through October. Weekend rentals are available only November through March.
- Weekday Rentals
- 3-Hour Rental fee: $100 + tax
- 4-Hour Rental fee: $150 + tax
- Over 4 Hours: $200 + tax
- Weekend Rentals
- Half-Day Rental (3.5 hours): $200 + tax
- Full-Day Rental (6 hours): $400 + tax
Zoo Room Rentals for Large Groups
The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park does not have indoor space to accommodate large group rentals. There are two buildings adjacent to Zoo property – the Reforestation Camp Ski Lodge and the Reforestation Camp Pines Shelter, both of which are rented by the Brown County Parks Department.
