Party Package Payments

Party Packages

  • Your $50 deposit is due upon booking to reserve your scheduled Party Package date. The $50 deposit is nonrefundable.
  • The remaining balance for your Party Package is due 8-10 days before the date of your scheduled party
    • Payments will be listed as “due” on the Friday of the week before your party. Your invoice will list the due date for your final payment.
  • We are unable to accept payments via personal checks.

Members receive a discount that will be applied automatically to your shopping cart – BUT – you MUST be signed in to your membership account in order for the discount to be applied. We recommend that you sign in (or REGISTER using the email address tied to your membership if you have not yet done so) BEFORE you add the party to your cart. Pay Balance

To pay via cash, please let us know when you plan to stop into the Zoo and we will ensure the staff person has your paperwork available to process your payment. Please let us know at least 2 business days before you plan to stop in, as staff at the main entrance do not typically take these payments and we like to make sure they know what to expect to process your payment correctly. Payment can also be made via credit card over the phone by calling our Education Department at 920.662.2405.

Room Rentals

  • The standard Room Rental fee is $75 for a three-hour rental. With taxes, the final balance comes to $79.13.
  • A Half-Day Rental fee is $100 for 4 hours. With taxes, the final balance comes to $105.50.

Our Cancellation and Severe Weather Policies are as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made prior one week before the day of the program will forfeit the $50 deposit.
  • Cancellations made within one week of the program date and no-shows will not receive a refund. Reschedule requests can be made through email up until 7 days before the day of the party and a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. There is no guarantee that reschedule requests can be met, as zoo parties often book fully in advance.

Severe Weather Policy

  • Parties WILL OCCUR during rain and snow if no severe weather warnings are present.
  • Parties will be cancelled by the NEW Zoo if Green Bay City Schools are cancelled due to severe weather or in the event of a severe weather warning in Brown County.
  • If a party is cancelled by the NEW Zoo, you will be informed by telephone as soon as possible and you will have the option to reschedule your program or receive a full refund.
  • In the event of an impending severe weather situation, or severe weather condition at the destination location of the program, cancellation will be left to the discretion of the Education Coordinator based on safety of the program participants and zoo animals on the day of the event. If the program is cancelled, you will be informed by telephone as soon as possible and you will have the option to reschedule your program or receive a full refund.
