*Guests and children MUST be accompanied by one of the named members for free entry or admission will be charged, children must live in the same household as the named members, grandchildren do not need to live in the same household as the grandparents, number of children/grandchildren must be listed on membership

**If Caregiver is visiting without the children of the Named Members, regular admission fees will apply. Linked Caregivers do not receive the benefit of bringing free guests. Anyone visiting Zoo with the Caregiver (besides children associated with the Named Adult members) will be required to pay admission fees

Membership Rules

Rules are subject to change without notice

• Named Member(s) on card must be present and provide a picture ID matching membership name at the time of entry or admission fees will be required
• Zoo Memberships are only issued to adults, ages 18 and up
• Children/Grandchildren must be accompanied by Named Member(s) or Named Caregiver to receive free admission.  If children are not with Named Member(s) or Caregiver, admission fees will be required for everyone
  • Members are not able to send their card with someone else to give their children free admission (this includes grandparents, family members, friends, etc.  The named member must be present)
• Children and grandchildren are defined as ages 0-17.  Age 18 and up are considered adults and are not covered as children on memberships even when still in high school or living at home
• Children must live, or reside primarily, at the Named Member’s household; grandchildren are not required to reside in the same household
• Guest(s) must be accompanied by Named Member(s) to receive free admission
• Any visitors, adult children, or additional guests not covered by your membership will be required to pay admission
• Zoo Membership is not valid for entry to special events requiring an event ticket (including Zoo Boo, EggStravaganZoo, Feast with the Beasts, and others)
• Zoo Membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and revocable

Memberships Activate Upon Purchase

All memberships and gift memberships are active immediately upon purchase. You or your gift recipient may visit the Zoo ANY TIME after making your online Membership purchase. Our membership system updates your status immediately and you can download your membership cards almost instantaneously through the eMembership Card App.  Membership cards are no longer printed, unless requested or when the membership is given as a gift.  If a printed Zoo Membership Card is required for a membership that is NOT a gift, please reply to your membership order confirmation with a request for printed card.

Membership Discount FAQs

I’m a Zoo Member. How do I receive my discount when purchasing online?

Your discount will automatically apply as long as you are logged into your Membership Account with our shopping system. If you haven’t already, create your Membership Account today with our online shopping system (called “Blackbaud”) on the page linked below. Be sure to use the same email address that is connected to your Zoo Membership – otherwise, the system may not recognize you as a Zoo Member. If you need us to change the email address associated with your Membership, send us an email.

How do I log in to receive my Zoo Member discount?

After you click on any ticket sales link, click on the “Sign In” button located on the top right corner of your screen (see image below). A box will pop up on your screen that allows you to enter your data. You’ll need to click directly into the line that says “email” to type your email address; then can use your tab or ^/v buttons to navigate to the Password box and then to the “Sign in” button.
