The Canopy Tour provides a fun experience for people of all ages. Certain rules and guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and animals. Please read and follow the guidelines below.
Tickets
- When purchasing tickets online, ensure you are purchasing for the correct date of your visit
- Tickets for the Canopy Tour are also available at the door and can be purchased on your arrival
Check-In
- The Canopy Tour starts at the Adventure Park, not at the Zoo’s entrance building. Check-in at the Adventure Park Base Camp Building to receive your wristband and begin your tour
- The Canopy Tour takes about 30 minutes to complete; on the day of your visit, you should plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes before closing time
Safety
- The Canopy Tour is a one-way, single pass experience. Follow directional signs at all times
- No strollers, bikes, scooters, wheelchairs or similar devices are allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Please note: guests with walkers or other mobility issues may have a difficult time on the suspended bridges
- Only five people are allowed on one bridge at a time. If your group has more than five people, you must divide into small groups to cross the bridges. Everyone counts towards that capacity number – including infants/children of all ages
- Tours depart in all weather, except in high winds and thunderstorms
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
